Finally Home! The Lott Group was exceptionally instrumental in finding our “forever” home. As a first time homebuyer in Arizona my husband and I had researched homes 2 years prior to moving here. We were referred to Christi from our realtor in Washington state after another referred local realtor was too busy for our immediate needs. We were in the process of selling our home in Vancouver and trying to purchase in the Peoria market as we lived here previously, BUT WE WEREN’T HERE YET. Christi called us almost immediately and was a sounding board about our issues we had experienced. She got an outline of what we were looking for specifically in a new home and asked if we had any homes picked out. We had a few and she made appointments that day to go and view them, FaceTime us and do whatever we wanted to do. We had her look at a handful and she would call us, FaceTime us ask any questions from the selling agent. Long story short, we made an offer on a home, and all of the inspections were set. I flew in to meet the inspectors. David and Christi picked me up, took me to the house, and after reviewing that inspection we backed out. The great news…she had a backup plan. We went and saw 2 houses and I fell in love with one. Christi FaceTimed my wife, we out an offer in that before I caught my flight home and David dropped me at the airport.Their service only got better from there. Their team handled EVERYTHING and answered questions that we didn’t even know we had. The night we got in from an 18 hour move, we walked into a home that had been professionally cleaned that day…ice cold bottles of water, a variety of local beers and assortment of snacks. They bought us very nice floating mattresses for the pool that we ended up sleeping on in our bare living room and used our new beach towels for blankets. Christi and David were reccomended to us after we decidewere investment property in Arizona. Since it wasn't our primary home our budget wasn't huge. It was around $250K to $275K. This meant we were competing with first time home buyers and investors. Christi had/has larger clients but we wouldn't know it.
